Br Peter Cole, the Vocation Promoter in Kenya with a group of 43 young men who attended the Vocation Conference in April.
The input was provided by young East African Brothers. Following the Vocation Conference, a number are chosen to attend ‘Come and See’ programs, which offer community living and involvement in ministry.
Ultimately the Formation Committee will choose approximately 12 of these young men to attend the year long Pre-Novitiate program at Sombetini in Arusha, Tanzania.
Further discernment takes place during that year to determine suitability for Novitiate.
